Was accepted to a low tier 2 school in my home state on half scholarship. I have been trying to decide what to do for 6 months now. Do I attend or do I not attend.? I took the LSAT once and received a 159. However, I am have been prepping this summer and I took PT 57 today and my scores are ranging from a 167 (PT 57)-to a 179 PT 25. I graduated from UG this past May so I am 22 years old. My parents have connections and I am pretty sure I want to practice in my home state, however, I really want to go to a prestigious school and to have a great JD. Any ideas?

Does your state school face competition?
How likely can your parents get you a job?

You have a long list of replies stating "retake" "reapply" and "don't go" coming your way.
In my opinion, if you have a job that could add to your resume and life experience a bit, don't go this year, you seem too unsure. Work for a while and retake the LSAT.
If you don't have a job, I'd take the half scholly and go to school. Some will cite the economic argument against you attending the T2, I will cite the economic argument that sitting at home playing X-Box is just as bad as racking up debt, only nothing to show for it.

Not if he gets on the Halo pro-circuit.

you're only 22
retake, reapply, 100%
but make sure you get off your ass and find something you can put on a resume this year.
