Top Law Schools

I got a couple of acceptances from 09/10 cycle and currently 2nd deposited to one of them. Thinking that I didnt perform that well on last year's lsat, I took another one this June and unfortunately it dropped 1 point.
I asked for a deferral and the admission office responded that if I confirm this deferral, I must refrain from submitting additional apps for 10/11 cycle.
Last cycle, all the apps were completed around mid-Jan and of course if I apply this cycle, I will definitely have apps in early Sep.(4 months earlier than last cycle)
As you can see, if I drop from this school, I should not bother to re-apply for it because they centainly would not like it.
How big is a role of rolling basis? Would 4 months make any difference?

Do you like the school? If you do, stick with it.

I agree with the above.

But, if you really want to see, apply to a bunch of places on September 1. I'd probably include your current school because, if you're competitive there, they'll probably still accept you.
