Top Law Schools

I previously applied to law school in 2007-2008. I am now reapplying. I have asked one of my professors who previously wrote me a letter of recommendation to write again, and he has agreed. The only catch is that his previous letter is still on file with LSAC. Does anyone know what to do in terms of LSAC LOR forms in this situation? Can I reuse the same LOR form that LSAC created for his letter last time around? Or do I have to "Add Recommender"?

Why don't you just use his prior letter?

There should be no problem. Just designate the professor by a different name like "Professor X2" so you know its his second letter. When youre sending your new apps in just designate the second letter and not the first one. If you dont designate a letter to a school, it wont be read. Hence the professors letter will be brand new to them.

Why don't you just use his prior letter?

First, because it's three years out of date, and second, because some schools recommend or even require that if you're reapplying more than a year or two later that you should get new LOR's.
