Considering most of the T14 schools open up to receiving applications somewhere between Sept to early Oct, when is the best time to apply to maximize my chances? I'm sure this question has been asked in some form before but my half-assed search of the forum came up with nothing.

Basically, as early as possible without sacrificing any aspect of your app.

Before thanksgiving is still considered relatively early, but if you can get all your stuff in right when apps open then go for it.

How do you half-ass a search? I typed in "when to apply" in the search, and this is what I got. What did you type?
