I have a 157/3.25 with paralegal certificate with a 4.0. I want to ED to American but my lsat is a 157 a point away from there bottom 25th but gpa is in range. What can I do to get in?

I have good softs, recs and don't care about taking on debt.
Advice?

I have started working on a ps about over comming a speech problem and illeteracy. I was taught whole language and it did not work.

Thank you

at 157 i think retaking lsat is almost no-risk. lsp has you at really low odds for American.

Retake. 162 was the cutoff this year for American, and it will most likely stay the same or go up for next year.

As indicated, retake if possible (or aim lower if you are set on not retaking IMO)- law admissions is almost a pure numbers game unless you have URM status or unbelievable softs.
