Extended Time on the LSAT

I posted this on the LSAT forum, however no one has responded. I thought maybe I'd give this forum, below is my situation:
I am going to submit my accommodation request to LSAC by the end of this week and would like any advice/input anyone can offer who has been granted extended time/accommodations on the lsat...please pm if you would like, thanks.
