Should I Wait and Retake the LSAT for USC?

I'm currently trying to decide between going to Loyola LA or waiting a year/retaking the LSAT...With a 3.62 GPA and a 164 on the LSAT, I have a 2/3 ride to Loyola but got rejected from USC. Is it worth waiting a year, retaking the LSAT to try for USC again, or should I take the money and go to Loyola?

It really helps if you give the overall debt load for the three years with your solicitation. Otherwise, you'll get uninformed responses, because people will just guess at the tuition at Loyola, LA. Also, you need to state the scholly conditions (minimum GPA?, etc.).

The scholarship conditions are to remain in the top 30% of my class, total value of the scholarship is about $87,000 divided by 3 years. Tuition is about $41,000 a year, and the school website estimates total cost of attendance to be around $67,000 a year. I'm assuming USC would be at sticker cost if I retook the LSAT and could get in.
