just so you know, GW's ED is very unusual in that they award a full-ride to anyone who gets in ED. As a result, their ED requires T10 numbers...

Also, can you apply to both their full time and part time programs? LS Predictor gives me strong consider for GTown part-time. I also hear you can transfer from part-time to full-time after a year...?
You can apply part time and full time to GULC, but anecdotally, it seems people have more luck applying PT only if they are interested in PT. When I was in law school, it was open transfer to FT. As far as I know, that's still the case.

I'm hoping for T-14 at best, but I'd still be happy going to a school like BU, BC, and GW. Should I retake for a 2nd time in October, or just start working LORs, applications, etc as early as possible and get them in as early as possible (without detracting from their quality ofcourse)?

2. LSPredictor gives me a 53% chance for GW and a 34% for Gtown. Both are in the "Consider" range. Which should I ed? I'd much rather go to Gtown, but after Cornell, GW is my third choice and is in DC, which is my ideal location (this is not a must though).
Do Gtown PT and transfer to full time. It is much easier and easy to transfer. By what I've heard, try to give them a reason why you want to go PT, want to work at the same time in DC or something. You are more likely to get in that way.

We have VERY similar numbers (3.45/168). This cycle, I was WL'd at Columbia, Michigan, Northwestern, Cornell, and Georgetown PT (as well as at UCLA, Vandy and USC). I got scholarships ranging from $10K/year (BU, WUSTL) to $20K+/year (Notre Dame, William & Mary, BC) at every school I was accepted to (except GW). Your numbers make the T14 a reach, but not impossible, and the worst case scenario would be a 1/3-1/2 scholarship at a T30. Not a bad position to be in. FWIW, I was accepted to Cornell off the Reserve List just before Memorial Day, and will be attending...
