If its non punitive it doesn't get factored in.mrcommodore18 wrote:Hey all,
New here and wanted to ask this question. This definitely is not a flame.
I've read and been told contrasting info from different sites and sources and want to have this question settled once and for all, even though it might be extremely old and rehashed for many of you on here.
For the LSDAS Gpa calculation, do withdrawals from courses factor into your GPA? I have one W on my transcript from dropping a course during one semester of college, but it is non-punitive as it just shows on my transcript as a W and didn't negatively affect my undergrad GPA. Using the LSDAS GPA calculator, without adding the W my GPA is a 3.64, but I'm scared what that might drop to if in fact W's are calculated into the equation. Thanks in advance for the responses.
