This might sound like a silly question but....
is it okay for my recommenders to fax over my LOR and LOR form?
Anyone do this??

It can be done, and I would highly recommend it. They literally get your LOR's posted within 48 hours as opposed to >1 week. The number is 215-504-1444.

Wow, I never even considered that there was a central fax number for LSAC -- 3 hours sends a lot better than 1 week

is it possible to send/fax LOR to LSAC right now? or does it "open" at a certain time like at August or September or something.

Nope, you can never read LORs sent to LSAC. If you decline to sign the waiver of access, then you have the right to see the LOR in your law school's file after you are accepted to and enroll at the law school.drake wrote:and can you read it once it is uploaded to your LSAC account?
