Apple warranty

I was just checking out what's really included in the Apple warranty since I'm interested in getting a mac, and I found this in their warranty agreement:
"The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Apple hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with Apple hardware."
What does that mean...? Does that mean they won't fix a bad graphics card because it's from Nvidia? Does that mean they won't fix a bad processor because it's from intel? I mean, honestly inside of mac's hardware, what is not a non-Apple hardware?
Anyone care to give an explanation on this?
