LSAT Cancellation - Extenuating Circumstances Addendum?

While the general consensus seems to be that a cancellation doesn't require an addendum... (and I was pretty set on this too)... but after reading that Absences seem preferable to Cancellations on the LSAC record... is it worth writing an addendum regarding a single LSAT cancellation, if there were potentially extenuating circumstances, beyond simply 'I thought I did bad' AND one is shooting for HYSCCN?
In slightly more detail:
In short, the morning of the exam I had a small, pretty painful, but non-serious incident, requiring me to get some non-critical medical care later the day of. As I was already enroute to the exam, I decided to see how I felt, show up, and potentially cancel, rather than simply being absent (a foolhardy attempt at being responsible? So I thought!). Needless to say, I ended up cancelling! Given that I'm aiming for T6, is it worth explaining this in an addendum, or is one cancellation, regardless of the reason, simply not worth drawing attention to? Just want to be sure there aren't any avoidable black spots on my application! Thanks!
FWIW, I immediately rescheduled for the Feb test and scored in the upper 170s.
