What school is your UG, what school is the law school, and what is your major. That makes a big difference.

Yeah, because future employers look at TT schools and don't look at your UG. Errs..? Maybe 5 years ago.

1. Nobody gives a crap about your undergrad school in the real world. Full stop.

2. This is some poor advice. The school will have to get your final transcript before you matriculate. I think that probably the grade won't matter though.

Lolz wut?

He's going into a TT. Have you ever heard of the inertzwebz? He's probably going to go into SL, and yes, laymen will care about your UG degree.

If the school offered your a spot they have to honor that, unless they say otherwise (saying you have to get a certain GPA in your last year)

ALSO

Like I said before, if you have a great UG or great UG major it matters less.

SL=shit law.

Dont plan on going to a T60 school and being $$$$. I'm not sure what your LSAT was, but if you can take a year off pawn the LSAT and get into a T30 you should do it.

It isn't. Lostjake, for some reason, felt it necessary to answer questions you did not ask, for the apparent purpose of confusing you.

Why would this rescind an offer, especially since you're saying that you are graduating with a higher gpa than you were admitted with.. this makes no sense to me

I feel like a jerk for failing to complete it in time. Do you think they look closely at final transcripts?
No, I don't. I think you are definitely fine and crazy to be worrying about this

Your guilty conscience aside, my suspicion is that they actually need a real copy of your final transcript for only two reasons:

1. To have a record of your transcript on file, since LSDAS does not send the law schools a copy of your transcript.

2. To make sure you did not absolutely tank your last semester.

You ended up with a higher GPA. Your thesis did not play a big part in your acceptance, it did not factor into your scholarship award. You will be ok.

Hey I wrote a thesis my senior year too, for some reason. It was a difficult experience. Which is why I can't wait for law school :| .
