Any advice?
Can't take the LSAT again have already taken it 3 times in 2 years (or 6 months for that matter).

No one knows. If we did, everyone would get off their preferred waitlists.
Write LOCIs, demonstrate interest, get promoted at work, find a distinguished alum to write you a LOR, donate a significant amount of money to the school, ask for an interview, all of the above. Good luck!
