With Chapman improving by leaps and bounds, in the near future (5 years) Will it be able to compete with UC Irvine in the OC Market (big and small law)?

Depends on what you mean. If it stays where it is at and you are a top 10% student then yes it can compete. But, when it is said and done Irvine will be, at the worst, a top 40 maybe top 30 school. The way they started the school in terms of faculty and student body I feel that they will field incredibly competent students, which will only service to bolster the young schools prestige. Unfortunately, the OC just got another big gun.
