I doubt any law school really cares about you personally. If you were just applying for schools the LSAT is worth just as much, if not more than your undergrad GPA.
As for transferring...I don't know. I am pretty sure GPA is basically what they look at. Where are you currently going to school?

Wait so what does Wisconsin care about? Do they just ask around at your previous school and find out if you were a nice guy?

Jesus Christ couldn't transfer up from a T3 to a T1 with median grades.
