Does anyone know anything about retaking an LSAT in June and negotiating for a higher scholarship at a school you've deposited on?

Most scholarship money has been given out by the time you would get your scores back. I don't see this working out.

That would be true for schools with finite resources. There are schools that will always give based on academic performance - I'm not sure they have limits, especially lower ranked schools. I could be wrong though.
