Now, I know they regularly give stipends so would I be a d-bag to ask if they can help with living expenses?
I'm also scared I come off as greedy and ingrateful.

164/3.9 and I alreadys ent in my first deposit.

Thoughts?

Go for it......or don't. Doesn't matter won't work.

fine, I gave up my leverage when i sent in my deposit but do I have anything to lose? I know they wont rescind the offer of acceptance but will they be thinking "wow this guy is a jackass?"

Nah, its every American law school...they'll understand the idea of greed.
Fix't

They play the same game with different people every year. You're not doing anything out of the ordinary. Of course, with your deposit down, you lost some leverage, but if you've deposited somewhere else, you can still use that as a tool against BLS. Good luck.
