OT- Post Job Interview Advice

Post by Matt07 » Tue Apr 27, 2010 5:43 pm

I interviewed for a position a week ago. I felt really confident leaving the interview that I had made a good impression. Immediately afterwards I sent a thank you card to the lady who interviewed with me and repeated why I would be a good hire. A couple days after the interview I was sent an application and background consent form. I got that complete and sent out to them. Now I am unsure of what to do next. Should I call and ask how it is going? Should I e-mail them again asking when I should hear back? Maybe ask if they need more information?

Does the request for a background check imply I am in good shape?

Yes it could or it could just be the company's process before they make a final decision.

So, where do you see yourself in five years?

Don't say doin' your wife, don't say doin' your wife, don't say doin' your wife...
