Anyone ever been denied, but then accepted or waitlisted?

Has that ever happened? Perhaps the LOCI and denial letter crossed paths in the mail. Is this even a possibility?

I like the OP's optimism. I mean, yes, they sent you a letter politely denying you admission and letting you know that this isn't the year for you to matriculate, but you hold out hope. That counts for something, right?

Not because of a LOCI that's for sure. But I think there was a story of someone who appealed a denial because the school failed to take into account his February LSAT score. That's probably the only way though. Or if you're friends with the governor maybe.

It can be done! Message me if you're interested in my experience with this. It is rare but it does happen, even without new LSAT scores :)
