will some trouble during undergrad kill my chances?

2 transfers, a few bad grades, mediocre low 3 GPA, some disciplinary action for alcohol related things from my freshman/sophmore year. an arrest at the same time for which the charges were dismissed and expunged, but nothing since then. I have one pretty good soft and a few others, but nothing too great. LSAT is between 172-175. URM - Puerto Rican male

Can I still get into a T-14? Or, is all of the trouble and transfers in undergrad going to kill my chances? I'd love NYU...impossible? I want to live and work in NYC.

I figured it would be seen by more people in this forum, and didn't know if there was a way to move a post from one forum to another. So here it is again...

yes having a low gpa will hurt your chances, but your LSAT is T14 worthy, especially with URM

i'm more worried about how the negative factors other than grades will affect me. or is it really not something to be too worried about?
