You have to disclose. You'll be fine.

Just write an addendum that says, "Sorry for partying."

First I'd recommend getting an attorney if you can afford one and trying to get the charges dismissed. You have no prior record. Look up a criminal attorney in the jurisdiction and see what they think is possible.

Secondly, if it is a conviction - yes you have to disclose it. But I seriously doubt this will impact your application in any way. Just attach an addendum, explain the situation and the outcome of the case and move on. People with DUI convictions get into law school, this is trivial by comparison IMO.

If you haven't even been convicted of it, then I don't think you need to tell them about it.

You don't need an expensive lawyer, just pay the fine, and you'll be fine!

Plus you'll have to disclose it whether you get a lawyer or not on most apps.

Some schools ask if you've been convicted, some if you've been arrested or if charges have been brought against you. And you have been arrested for it.

You need to disclose this. It's minor, but an error of omission will bite you when it comes time for character and fitness.
