I have the extra money, so...
...I wanna buy my books now. I dont really plan on reading much outside of Getting to Maybe but I wouldn't mind skimming one or two of them. My question is: All professors assign different books like in undergrad right? How in the world would I know which casebook to buy before knowing my professor or section? Also, in regards to hornbooks and E&E's, are they all the same regardless of school? Do I need to buy the last edition? Basically, I have like $600 that will be wasted sooner or later unless I put it to good use, so I wanna buy all the books now, what do I buy and how do I know?

throw it into a CD, earn 2% interest, pull it out and buy books once you know exactly which ones the professor wants you to get.

Yep. You aren't getting a job any way. Might as well enjoy your shit-tons of debt.MURPH wrote:spend it on beer and women. F school

You can get old editions of casebooks at amazon for less the $5. I bought a con law one for $1.27 (chemerinsky 2nd ed). I had never seen one before and I wanted to check out how they were laid out and to see exactly how "dense" the reading was.
