How to Ask for $$/can someone read my letter?

Okay, so I would like to see if I can leverage acceptances to CHicago and NYU into at least some token amount of $$ at penn, this would really seal the deal for me. I am also obviously running out of time to do this. Should I call, email? What do I say- basically that I really want to go but some $$ would really convince me? Sample letters? Advice? if a call is the best way, who do I call?

It might be hard to leverage mere acceptance elsewhere into a scholarship. That said, I would probably just email them.

I was able to leverage in-state tuition at UF into 7.5k a year at Fordham. Honestly, I think the way it works with leveraging is that they will pay you what you are worth. By asking them to give you $, it isn't so much they think your chicago acceptance warrants them giving you money, so much as they will think "Well, here is someone we can get to commit for a few bucks," so just ask.

any idea on wording to use in the email? it seems so tactless to say "i got into xyz, but i wanna go to b, so give me some $$"

I think calling is fine... but they'll probably tell you to send an email also. So call, then email
I'll take a look at it if you want

update:
penn does not want to play that game with me, unless i have an offer from NYU or chicago (which i do not). however, the assoc director of admissions sent me such a nice email about how i would be the perfect fit for penn and it almost makes up for it....
