GPA Question

Does the median GPA reported by Harvard Law School (3.8-3.9) include students who attend institutions that hand out A+ grades? I'm a little bit concerned about my GPA. I attend a university that is known for grade-deflation and does not award A+ grades. The average GPA of law school applicants from my university is 3.25 and my GPA is 3.75 but this is still on Harvard's bottom 25th percentile. So GPA-wise, will I be compared mainly to law school applicants from my university or from the overall applicant pool?

The adcomms will see on your transcript analysis report that it wasn't possible to get higher than a 4.0 at your institution.
