It is a bad sign if I haven't heard from several schools and its April? All of my deadlines for deposits for my other schools are in April.

Depends on when you sent in your application.

If Davis and Hastings are on your list, then yeah, it's normal. But is it perfectly cool for schools to take their time with the review process? I'd say no.

The only other school I'm just waiting to get a rejection letter from is USC.

You probably don't need me to tell you this. But in a week or so, you're probably best off sending a seat deposit to at least one school just in case poop goes south.

I don't think there's any way of knowing. Some applicants require more time to evaluate, and many of those who go through the rigors of more evaluation are students the adcoms are genuinely interested in. It could also be that they are just overwhelmed.

Why cant it be good news? OP, just let whatever happens happen. If you are meant to go to that law school you WILL get in, regardless of what month you submit your application.

Very true, also, it could mean they are taking more time to give you more money. The longer wait actually seems like a good thing. :D
