How many credits are considered "less than a year"--for

I'm applying to Law School in the United States, I received my bachelor at an American institution, however, I did transfer from junior college in the foreign country I came from. The LSAC states that if you did less than 1 year of credits, you do not need to send your foreign transcript to them...how many credits are considered less than 1 year?

it might vary with schools, so check with the school (website usually has it) and see what is considered to be their appropriate number of credits per year.

If they are asking it that way, it is probably more a matter of how long did you take classes (a year or less) rather than number of credits, but I think most degrees are 120-128 credits or close to it, so that would be 30-32 a year, 15-16 a semester.
