Has this ever happened: t4 to t2 from one year to the next?

See title for question. I am currently at a t4 and a lot of students seem to be saying that when the next rankings come out we will jump from being t4 to being t2.

So has this ever happened in the past?

I would really rather not say. I am trying to keep some anonymity on this board given my transfer possibilities at the moment. I am more concerned with this situation having ever happened in the past.

To be fair, any t4 could theoretically jump to t2 status in a year by drastically lowering their class size and offering huge schollies to fill their few seats with a high lsat/gpa combo.

Oklahoma went from T4 in 2000 to T2 in 2002. That's the quickest I've seen.
