Transferred undergrad, how would a law school examine gpa?

I transferred undergraduate schools - after two years at a previous institution, I changed to a different one (similarly ranked) for my junior/senior year. So far, I'm finishing off my junior year.
Uni 1, cumulative gpa of 3.45
Uni 2, cumulative gpa of 3.87 (if I maintain my current semester grades).
Overall gpa (when combining using a calculator) is 3.6.
How would LSAC calculate my gpa? In the same way? And would law schools have any reaction to the discrepancy/improvement between schools (in fact, it was only my first semester as a freshman that was poor, my GPA has been over 3.5 ever since)?
