I remember reading a case about a law student suing the university for admissions policies. Probably related to the URM boost.

In regards to Grutter v. Bollinger, I should have sued rather than this girl.. Her LSAT wasn't worthy.. My GPA and LSAT are better than hers and the schools averages yet they showed me no love..

Peter North wrote:Ok, wise guys. First of all, thanks to everyone for the citations. I just skimmed through Grutter v. Bollinger, and that is the one I was alluding to in my opening post.
I see that the SCOTUS' majority didn't budge (a narrow 5-4!), but the state of Michigan had implemented some changes as a result of this suit.
Again, going back to my original question: has there been any successful action against any law school(s) stemming from their admissions polices or decision(s)?
Thanks,
Bakke is in the second or third response. What more do you need than a Supreme Court case that is directly on point?
edit: alright, yeah, it's medical school not law school, but that's not a factor.
