Calling admissions offices

Two weeks ago, after I got my Feb 2010 LSAT score (which was a huge improvement from Sep 2009), I appealed the 12 rejections I had already received for this cycle. So far only a few have responded, and none of them have made a decision. I know most schools don't like when you call to check on the status of your app, but should I call all of them just to make sure my appeal has been processed? Also, what are some of people's experiences with appeals? Do they usually take longer to process than regular applications or no?

Wow I didn't even know you could do that, appeal a rejection.

It has not been long enough. If any schools bite you are going to be sort of auto waitlist and be considered with those apps. Just wait.

How long is long enough? If nothing happens before April, should I call then?
