How much money for GW to be worth it?

Given the cost to attend GW and live in DC, and the competition of the DC job market...at what price is GW worth it?
I havent heard back from GW regarding money, and it seems likely I never will. How much would you pay?
This is all assuming and interest to live/work in DC but with acceptances to other T20-T30 (with 15-20k).
