Part time vs. Full time, did I screw myself?

So I went to an info session at georgetown the other day and the admissions officer advised us that to show interest in Georgetown we should add a part time application in addition to our fulltime one. I'm currently on the preferred waitlist so I figured I would do it. Now I'm worried that applying part time is going to hurt my chances at full time admissions, is this the case? If they can get a student with strong numbers for their part time program, why would they let them into the full time program?
My other question is, I heard it wasn't hard to transfer from part time to full time, but how do employers view part time studennts given that it is easier to get into?
Also, how would this effect my chances of transferring out of Georgetown if necessary?

I'm sure that they view a part-time degree from Georgetown more favorably than a full-time degree from a host of other schools. I wouldn't worry.

I'm mostly concerned about how it will effect my chances of getting in full time.

Anyone? If you apply PT does it hurt your chance at full time?

It's easy to use the search feature, it's harder to get an answer using the feature. I've already read both of those threads and neither answer my main question. Read a little before you start being a douche.

No one knows exactly.
I'm not sure what you are looking for.
But I will say this:
It increased your chances of being accepted by Georgetown, but simultaneously decreased your chances of being accepted by the full time program.
(the benefit you received from applying to the part time is likely smaller than the loss you received in your chances of attending the full time program)
However if all you care about is getting in, then your chances went up (overall).
