Legal Market Demands and relevant education

First time poster here. I'm in the early stage of my undergraduate education and I definitely have some legal interests. I am wondering if anybody can identify a certain type of law that will currently (or forseeable future) have a demand, relevant JD concentrations etc. I know this may be a VERY vague question, but I am curious what people have to say. I tried several searches on this board (maybe I'm not searching the right way?) and I have not found what I wanted.
If you want to get personal, ask me a couple of questions. This is what I'll post for now:
-Not necessarily interested in biglaw.
-Hell, public interest seems alright to me.
-Tier 3 Public Flagship University (look at my username). International Affairs w/ 3.5 jumping up to 3.6ish if all goes well after semester.
