Top Law Schools

I was just watching Judge Pirro on Fox (don't ask) and learned two surprising things:

(1) The TV Judge's daughter is clerking for a Federal Judge (wtf???)

(2) DC law schools apparently teach their students nothing about character and fitness! You can watch the preview of it on the show's website at - --LinkRemoved-- - the video auto loads. The brief summary though: two law students at a school in DC accuse each other of abusing cocaine and pot, share emails they exchanged about how great using drugs is with the court, and broadcast this on national tv. All over an argument about a $1,000 loan.

Any bets on the quality school these kids graduated from? Seriously, who does that.

And +1 to Pirro for using ITE.

Yeah, he kind of came off that way. Still don't know why he shot himself in the foot by bringing in the emails about drugs. And why even do that if all you're trying to do is get your $1,000 back? He could have easily won without the emails.

She went to Albany (T3) by the way, so maybe career prospect out of T3 isn't so bad?

If you want to be a TV judge not at all. Judge Judy went to a T3 as well

She's not just a tv judge -- she was the Westchester County DA for many years and was the GOP nominee for Hillary's seat in 06... and now she's a tv judge.

Dude, why'd you bring in those emails? Are you still friends with that girl? Did she give you your money back yet? Have you had any inquiries about the show from employers? Is Pirro nice after the show? Inquiring minds want to know!

Why does one school's failure speak to the failure of all schools in the DC area?

What school did the 2 students go to?

pretty sure I remember them saying AU...or maybe it was Georgetown

She's pretty attractive for a law student. I'd hit it.

Judge Judy definitely went to American, then transfered to some T3 school in New York. I met a classmate of Judge Judy's at an American admitted students thing. He bragged on her going to the school as if it would make me want to go there.

For all the inquiring minds, I'll post a link this weekend. I'm actually surprised so many ostensible law-school students would believe everything they see on TV! For shame...

On another note, pleeeeeez tell me the two students went to UDC and...some other school (not GULC, GWU, American, or Howard).
