I think I figured out a way for sub 3.0 splitters to get more accurate readings from LSP.

Simply set your GPA to 3.0 and put your LSAT as usual. The results I got back were, I feel, much more accurate.

Not that I'm unhappy with my best option thus far, but FWIW, I think predictors have been overly ambitious about my cycle rather than penalizing me further for the sub-3.0 GPA, so adjusting to 3.0 would make it worse, I would think.

(Don't know about LSP specifically, I just kinda averaged it with HourMD and whatever the other main one is I'm forgetting to get general impressions of my reaches/targets/safeties, then ignored any of them individually from that point.)

Though I should note I'm also a Dec. LSAT applicant, so maybe it might have been different with an October or November application.

I'm Dec. too. It could be that it helps more with weak rather than strong splitters.

Ya know, it just occurred to me that the next upgrade that ought to be made to predictors is to account for timing.

Granted there'd be even more issues with sample size, but there's gotta be people smart enough to make it happen.

Its gotta be easier than predicting oil flows on massively networked computers!

We just need to enlist the help of that consultant that's going to Yale.
