You can see Northwestern's trend since 2000. They went up 3 points in 5 years (167 in 2001 to 170 in 2006).

Would the US News rankings for the last 3 or 4 years help you? I have the magazines and would be willing to send you the information if that would supply you with the information for which you are looking.
