Should I write a LOCI even though I haven't been wait-listed

I desperately want to get into UF Law. I applied 12/14, and have been in the decision pending phase since 1/14 :(. I am an accounting major with a 3.4GPA and 160 LSAT. Is it appropriate to write a LOCI, even though I haven't been wait-listed?

I also haven't heard back from FSU, do you think it would appropriate to also write them too, despite not being my 1st choice.

Do you think it would be better to write a "Why UF" addendum"? I just want to do something...

I think something more along the lines of a short email expressing that you are very interested in UF (since you seem to be) would be more suitable. If you mailed a LOCI, that might look borderline obsessive this early in the process. You haven't been under review THAT long, at least not yet.

I would stick with a short email sent to admissions, as well as sent to any person from admissions with whom you have had contact with.
