While I have not worked since high school, I do have pretty good softs (Prez of multiple student orgs, some philanthropy, etc...). Will this will hurt me in the application process? I have a 3.9x and am planning on applying to the T14 (minus Yale)...

Doesn't matter. It'll be a
slight disadvantage in the job search, but it can be easily overcome with grades.

It'll hurt you at Northwestern, but from what I gather you should be fine everywhere else (and you could still get into Northwestern with stellar stats, so with that GPA and the right LSAT it might be doable).
