yes you have to disclose all of this, it wont affect you. these are pretty minor things. just take a couple sentences and say what happened and that you've matured.

I had to disclose similar violations and even an arrest. It did not hurt me one bit in the admission's process. Just be honest, disclose everything, and state that you were indeed young and foolish.

So why ask for disclosure on even the most minor things? Looking for patterns of poor judgment?

For the C&F portion of the Bar. They will discover everything you have done and look for discrepancies between reality and your applications.
