Addendum regarding absent on LSAT file

Post by Ntyler9 » Thu Feb 11, 2010 9:53 am

Hello, does anyone have experience/knowledge with this situation? I took the LSAT Feb 09 and got a 152, then signed up for the Dec 09 and got food poisoning the night before the test so I now have an "absent" on file. I ended up taking the Feb 10 test and obviously have not gotten my score yet but I wanted to go ahead and apply to my safety school since my LSAT score of 152 is sufficient for that school. I went ahead and wrote a short addendum and was wondering what my peers thought:

Addendum

This addendum is regarding the “absent” on my LSAC file for the December 2009 LSAT test administration. The night before the test I became extremely ill and dehydrated with food poisoning and was too sick to attend the test, hence why I took it in February 2010.

Does anyone have any advice? Should I add? Take away? Leave as is?

I appreciate your help!
