A three point jump is not unusual. Most people will see a small jump in score, illness or not. I doubt anyone would wonder why a score went up three points. If it was ten points, I'd want an explaination.
It wouldn't hurt to submit an addendum. "I was suffering from the H1N1 virus during my first LSAT, and my second score is more indicitive of my abilities" is all you need to say. Keep it short and sweet. If it were lower schools, I wouldn't worry about it, but for yours I would do it.

I would definitely not send one for this... 3 points is not enough to warrant an addendum (you're practically falling within the original LSAT score band anyway). I think this is one of those cases where an addendum will detract from the rest of your application as adcomms will wonder why you're wasting their time by having them read it (especially since it wasnt even submitted with the original application).
