Article on Law Firm Hiring in Stanford Mag = ?!

Am I the only one who finds this article very frustrating?

I get the doom-and-gloom, but all I could think while reading her proposed solution was, "How the hell am I going to finance my $150K debt on $65K a year?!?!"

(The comments are pretty damning, as well.)

I find the light gray font on grey background to be far more frustrating than anything in the contents of the article :evil:

You can pay your debt on 80k a year. That doesn't necessarily make this a good idea, but the problem facing young lawyers is the prospect of 40k salary, or 0, not 80k.

I highly doubt that the law profession will plunge to that level.
