Disregard this list at once. 0% at BU but 5% at Michigan and Cornell??

The only schools you're definitely getting into off that list are Brooklyn and Dozo, I'd say you'd make Fordham and UIUC for sure but you applied late. You have a chance at GW, Emory, and BU, but not a good one since you applied so late. However, IT ALWAYS HELPS TO TYPE IN CAPS

Switch your application at Georgetown to part-time or I'd say you have pretty much 0% chance.

is it difficult to transfer from the part time program to the full time?

Also, does anyone think I should apply to any other schools than the ones mentioned above?

It's doable from what I hear, but not as easy as filling out a form, like it would be at other schools (Fordham).

YES. Given that you are looking at two realistic target schools from your list.

I would be absolutely shocked if you didn't get into WUSTL, and have no idea why everyone is so bearish about your chances.

169, 3.0+ is a virtual lock from past cycles. Hell, 167, 3.0+ is a virtual lock.

Let me rephrase that- specifically, what other schools should i apply to? (169 and 3.1 UGPA)

This. Ignore advice that says otherwise.

Simply, go to the school that places well in the regional market you want to practice in. The highest ranked law school you get into may not be the best choice. Example: Emory places well in GA/the South. BU much less so, even though they are ranked the same.

Also, you are a splitter and therefore unpredictable. You are probably going to want to apply to some more schools in regional markets you are interested in to hedge your bets.
