Question on wording for a Why X? essay - Thanks!

I'm writing my Why X for my number one choice (should be pretty obvious) and I want to let them know that it is my number one choice and that I'd really like to go there. That said, I don't want to say I'd go no matter what, because I do still have concerns to be addressed over money I might have on the table elsewhere. Is there a way that I can say this appropriately? If everything is equal, its my number one choice at this point.

I believe the phrase "first choice" is good for this. Its not promising youll go there, but it still lets them know they are your #1.

Ok, thanks. I just worried about coming across as saying I would go no matter what if accepted, which I've read is a no-no if you aren't 100% sure. Thanks again.
