Please note that items marked "YES" have been received by the Office of Admissions; those marked "NO" have not yet been received by our office.

Letter of Recommendation 1: YES

I might be wrong, but I think on some of my apps there were required items that weren't even in the status list.

Do contact them but be tactful, no prestigious institution enjoys having their blunders called out by an applicant.
Be really polite - almost downplay this (a) glitch or (b) adcomm brain fart. Inquire from the perspective of, "I'd just like to ensure you have everything needed to review my application."
