wrong semester on GPA addendum...

Hey guys I need some advise fast! I just realized that of all the applications I've sent out I have put down the wrong semester for my GPA addendum. Is there anythign I can do to save this situation?

Please any replies?? Let me clarify, everything I put on the addendum truly happened but when I was writing it I just somehow thought of the wrong semester.

you can send a corrected copy....to all the schools with the correct date, however, most likely they will figure it out
