NYU's IILJ Scholarship

I was recently admitted to NYU. As a part of the normal application, I wrote an extra essay expressing my interest in a scholarship through their International Institute for Law and Justice.
I'm wondering if anyone knows:
1) when I can expect to hear back; and
2) how competitive it is
