Age related question/LSAT

I scored a 170 but have never been contacted by a single law school with the usual propaganda/viewbooks etc. Doesn't this seem odd? Not even Cooley.

I'm 54, I assume that's the reason, but any other ideas?

It doesn't matter except I have to wonder why and if age is the reason what effect it's having on my apps.

Don't get discouraged, I highly doubt it's because of your age.

You might be a little late in the cycle though to be getting any. I got a 171 in October and it took nearly two months before I got some nice packets from Penn and Michigan. That's all I ever did end up getting, though. :(

On your LSAC profile your preference is set to not allow schools to view your gpa/LSAT scores. Change it.

Thanks. It's weird though, maybe the rising number of apps. In 2004 I applied with a 167 and l school were calling me at home, I was accepted w/in a few days of going complete, offered total tuition waiver and they were all t 10 schools. Now: zilch.

Maybe just that much tougher now.

Check the post just before this one.

This. Also, make sure your contact info is correct - I realized in December that I left a letter out of my email address. It's probably something dumb like that.
