It depends why you are re-applying but I would say yes... (this could go either way though)

I have a friend in a similar situation. She has some killer educational history but little LSAT study time... You have to keep in mind there have been people with apps in since October, many deadlines are also rapidly approaching. And finally, some schools don't accept the Feb. LSAT for 2010 (at least by word they don't)

The LSAT is so important that if you are not scoring on your practice test where you need to be, just wait. If you spend your time well you can have a much stronger app in a year (work experience, etc.).

On the other hand I have a friend who took the June LSAT, got a 168 and then went and got a full ride at Washington and Lee starting the next August, a few phone calls can go along way...

I would say, if you're not in a rush then wait, build an orphanage, get a 180 and take over the world.
